Ocean City PBA Local 61 is comprised of men and women who are serving or have served in the Ocean City Police Department. The organization serves the community through charitable work and donations.
We believe that every high school student should have an opportunity to further their education. That is why our annual PBA scholarship program provides $18,000.00 worth of scholarships to graduating seniors from the Ocean City High School.

Ocean city provides a variety of recreational opportunities that contribute to the physical, emotional and social health of all members of our community. Every year the OC PBA sponsors various recreational sports team in effort to continue to encourage our community to increase their positive use of leisure time, improve their quality of life and encourage them to commit to a lifetime of fitness and recreation participation.
The Local 61 is dedicated to serving our community through various events throughout the year. Some of our annual events include our golf tournament, no shave November, volunteering at the local block party, and sponsoring the Ocean City Halloween parade.
To add, Every year our PBA conducts a Christmas program every year for our local public and parochial school systems and some needy families within the city. We deliver gifts and to the families and have Santa at the schools when the children receive their gifts just before Christmas.
